Divya joined Pioneer in December 2024 to lead the People function and brings 24 years of strategic HR experience and leadership across diverse industry sectors.

Divya has experience spanning various leadership roles in major corporate brands including Centrica, Electrolux Major Appliances and Sharp Electronics Europe, as well as high growth, PE and PE backed businesses.

Divya holds an MA in Human Resource Management and a BA in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Bristol, and is a also Fellow member of the CiPD.
