Subbash joined Pioneer in 2021 as Chief Financial Officer. He has over 20 years of experience in finance roles in the private equity sector, having worked across a variety of fund structures covering all aspects of finance and operations.

Before joining Pioneer, Subbash was Chief Financial Officer at Civitas Investment Management and has held senior finance positions at Henderson Park Capital, Harbert Management Corp, and AEW Europe, with responsibility over all financial, operational, and tax matters for their European funds.

Subbash holds a Masters in Engineering (MEng) from the University of Manchester Institute of Science & Technology and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW), qualifying with PwC.

Henry joined Pioneer in 2021 as Fund Controller and has since been promoted to Senior Fund Controller.

Prior to Pioneer, Henry was Assistant Manager at Langham Hall, where he was responsible for overseeing the finance and operational activities of a number of private equity structures, including renewable energy and infrastructure. He has also held further roles at Saffery Champness LLP and Kreston Reeves LLP.

Enda joined Pioneer in 2022 as a Senior Finance Analyst and has since been promoted to Fund Controller.

Prior to joining Pioneer, Enda trained in Financial Service Audit with KPMG Dublin. He then moved internally to Restructuring, where he was involved in the liquidation and receivership of companies within the Insurance industry. He has held a previous role as a Fund Accountant with HedgeServ Dublin.

Enda has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from Dublin City University and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (ACA).

Tinotenda joined Pioneer in 2024 as a Senior Finance Analyst and has since been promoted to Fund Controller.

Tinotenda trained to be a chartered accountant with PwC South Africa within the Banking and Capital Markets division. She then later joined BDO UK where she was managing various external audits within financial services. Prior to joining Pioneer, she was a fund accountant at Langham Hall where she was responsible for various investment funds within Europe.

Tinotenda holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Cape Town and is also a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).

Dominique joined Pioneer in 2026 as Chief Operating Officer.

She brings over 10 years of experience in financial services. Most recently, she spent four years leading global Strategy & Operations for Macquarie Capital’s mid-market infrastructure & energy investing business.

Prior to that, she held investment banking roles advising private equity clients on M&A transactions across a broad range of sectors including healthcare, education, software/tech, and industrials.

Dominique has an MBA from University of Cambridge Judge Business School, and a Bachelors in Engineering (First Class with Distinction) from the National Institute of Technology Trichy, India.

Harriet joined Pioneer in 2020 and is Head of Investor Relations.

Prior to Pioneer, Harriet worked at Foresight Group where she was primarily responsible for managing the IR of the Infrastructure team’s bioenergy funds. She also worked as a capital markets advisor at communications firm h2glenfern.

Harriet has a BSc Degree in Natural Sciences from Durham University.

Emma is the Head of ESG at Pioneer, with a primary focus on implementing and improving the Firm's Sustainability and ESG programme. She joined Pioneer in 2019 as receptionist and general admin support and in 2022 she moved onto the Investor Relations & ESG team as an Associate.

Daisy joined Pioneer in 2025 and is Investor Relations Manager.

Michele has served as CEO and Chairman of Solar Ventures, and Chairman and Founder of AME Ventures since 2005 and brings with him decades of experience as an investor and executive in the European energy transition sectors. Michele is a member of the Aspen Institute in Italy and the Young President’s Organisation.

Stephen joined Pioneer as an Industry Advisor in 2020 and brings with him invaluable independent advice on technical matters and general project support.

Stephen is a recognised waste management and project expert, with a strong commercial orientation and focus on longer term viability of projects. He is Director of Haggai Project Services Ltd and, prior to this, was Director of Engineering at Viridor. He also holds various NED roles in clean energy technology companies.

Ole joined Pioneer as an Industry Advisor in 2024 and brings with him extensive experience with renewable gas and the circular economy.

Ole served as CEO of Pioneer’s previous portfolio company, Nature Energy, from 2013 until 2024. Prior to this he was Senior Vice President of the Danish telecommunications company TDC Wholesale. Ole is a Board Member of Dansk Industri Energi and OpenNet A/S.

Ole holds an MSc in Economics from Aarhus University and completed the INSEAD LEAP programme in Economics.

Miriam joined Pioneer as an Industry Advisor in 2019 and brings with her significant experience and a prominent track record within the energy sector.

Miriam has worked for multinationals for over 35 years, including 15 years in the B2B energy and climate change space. She is the Founder and Chairwoman of the Energy Transition Forum and, prior to this, was an Advisor to the UK’s Department for Energy and Climate Change. Since January 2018, Miriam has been Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of the Port of Rotterdam and serves on various NED Boards in France, UK and the Netherlands.

Javier joined Pioneer as an Industry Advisor in 2019 and brings with him a wealth of experience in the field of engineering, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance of industrial plants and power generation plants in more than fifty countries.

Javier serves as President of Empresarios Agrupados and acts as President and CEO of Ghesa Engineering and Technology. Prior to this, he was Managing Director at Gamesa where he delivered over 30 GW of wind power globally. He has also assisted in M&A transactions involving over 4 GW of power output.

Javier holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Industriales of Bilbao, Spain, and an MSc in Engineering and Management of Manufacturing Systems from Cranfield University in the UK.

Antonio joined Pioneer as an Industry Advisor in 2022 and brings with him extensive experience in the renewable energy and natural gas sector.

Antonio has held the position as a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, leading the Electric Power and Natural Gas practice in Asia and Australia from 2015 until 2022, and in Europe, Middle East and Africa from 2008 until 2015. He is the author of several published papers about the energy industry. His key specialist areas include strategy, regulatory management, large-scale operational performance transformations and capital allocation, and has supported some of the leading and most innovative global energy companies.

Antonio is a graduate of the University of Padova and SDA Bocconi, School of Management.

Leif joined Pioneer as a Senior Advisor in 2024 and brings with him broad experience and track record in M&A, Financing and Strategy advisory, especially in the energy transition and circular economy spaces.

Leif has over 30 years of professional experience and chaired KPMG‘s Deal Advisory Business globally as well as in Germany for many years. As a practitioner and client partner his focus has been on the energy, natural resources and waste management industries advising a multitude of clients in these sectors, over decades and across Europe.

José joined Pioneer Point Partners as an Industry Advisor in February 2026. He brings more than 30 years of experience in renewable power, power transmission, gas pipeline development and energy asset management.

He serves as Chairman of Pioneer’s portfolio company Altano Energy, an institutional Spanish renewables platform. He is also a Board member of Enertrans Global (ETG), an energy transition development and operations company focused on the Far East, Japan and Australia, and an advisor to Russula, a Spanish engineering firm serving steel producers in over 35 countries.

Previously, José was CEO of Enerfin, a multi-technology renewable developer and IPP owned by Elecnor Group, with operations across Spain, the Americas and Australia. Following Enerfin’s sale to Statkraft in 2024, he served as Senior Vice President at Statkraft, overseeing the management and divestment of former Enerfin platforms in Australia, Canada, the United States and Colombia.

Over the course of more than 34-years at Elecnor Group, Jose held multiple senior executive and board roles across the globe, including establishing a new business line to invest, construct and operate power transmission networks in Brazil and Chile, which he ran for 10 years.

Pedro joined Pioneer in 2025 and is a member of the investment team.

Prior to Pioneer, he worked in the investment team at Plenium Partners, where he focused on infrastructure and renewable energy investments.

Pedro holds a BSc in Engineering and a MSc in Management with a specialisation in Finance from IE Business School.

Mafalda joined Pioneer in 2025 and is a member of the investment team.

Prior to Pioneer, Mafalda worked in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs in Madrid, with a specific focus on the infrastructure and energy sectors. She also held roles at British International Investment, Banco Português de Investimento and Deloitte.

Mafalda holds an MBA from London Business School and a BSc in Management from Católica-Lisbon.

Charles joined Pioneer in 2026 and is a member of the investment team.

Prior to Pioneer, Charles worked in the Energy & Power team at Rothschild & Co in London, with a specific focus on the renewables and energy transition sectors across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Charles holds a BSc in International Business and Finance from Henley Business School.

Noah joined Pioneer in 2026 and is a member of the investment team.

Prior to Pioneer, Noah held investment roles at InfraRed Capital Partners on the value-add infrastructure team and at Verdane, working on growth investments in the energy and climate space.

Noah holds a BSc from Copenhagen Business School and an MSc from Imperial College London in Climate Change, Management and Finance.

Harriet joined Pioneer in 2020 and is Head of Investor Relations.

Prior to Pioneer, Harriet worked at Foresight Group where she was primarily responsible for managing the IR of the Infrastructure team’s bioenergy funds. She also worked as a capital markets advisor at communications firm h2glenfern.

Harriet has a BSc Degree in Natural Sciences from Durham University.

Emma is the Head of ESG at Pioneer, with a primary focus on implementing and improving the Firm's Sustainability and ESG programme. She joined Pioneer in 2019 as receptionist and general admin support and in 2022 she moved onto the Investor Relations & ESG team as an Associate.

Emma has an MA in Theology from the University of Edinburgh.

Daisy joined Pioneer in 2025 and is Investor Relations Manager.
Prior to Pioneer, Daisy worked at Fiera Capital where she was in the Consultant Relations and UK Institutional Distribution team, covering a range of Public and Private Markets strategies. She also previously held Investor Relations roles at Fiera Real Estate and Maya Capital.

Daisy has an MA in Classics (Latin and Ancient Greek) from the University of St Andrews and has completed the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).

Neve is an Associate on Pioneer's Investor Relations Team, a role she has held since 2024 (initially also supporting the ESG team). She joined Pioneer in 2022 as Team Assistant and Receptionist, and later moved into the role of Executive Assistant to the Partners and CFO before taking up her current position.

Neve holds an MA in Geopolitics and International Affairs and a BA in Politics and International Relations from the University of Sussex.

Morvane joined Pioneer in 2026 as an Associate, supporting the Head of ESG on sustainability workstreams.

Prior to Pioneer, Morvane worked at Rider Levett Bucknall as a sustainability consultant in the real estate sector. She started her career with internships at The Ford Motor Company, working on climate risk, and at Thames Water, focusing on systems optimisation and environmental regulation.

Morvane holds a BSc in Geography from the University of Bristol and is a Graduate Member of ISEP.

Subbash joined Pioneer in 2021 as Chief Financial Officer. He has over 20 years of experience in finance roles in the private equity sector, having worked across a variety of fund structures covering all aspects of finance and operations.

Before joining Pioneer, Subbash was Chief Financial Officer at Civitas Investment Management and has held senior finance positions at Henderson Park Capital, Harbert Management Corp, and AEW Europe, with responsibility over all financial, operational, and tax matters for their European funds.

Subbash holds a Masters in Engineering (MEng) from the University of Manchester Institute of Science & Technology and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW), qualifying with PwC.

Henry joined Pioneer in 2021 as Fund Controller and has since been promoted to Senior Fund Controller.

Prior to Pioneer, Henry was Assistant Manager at Langham Hall, where he was responsible for overseeing the finance and operational activities of a number of private equity structures, including renewable energy and infrastructure. He has also held further roles at Saffery Champness LLP and Kreston Reeves LLP.

Henry holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Exeter and is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW)

Enda joined Pioneer in 2022 as a Senior Finance Analyst and has since been promoted to Fund Controller.

Prior to joining Pioneer, Enda trained in Financial Service Audit with KPMG Dublin. He then moved internally to Restructuring, where he was involved in the liquidation and receivership of companies within the Insurance industry. He has held a previous role as a Fund Accountant with HedgeServ Dublin.

Enda has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from Dublin City University and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (ACA).

Tinotenda joined Pioneer in 2024 as a Senior Finance Analyst and has since been promoted to Fund Controller.

Tinotenda trained to be a chartered accountant with PwC South Africa within the Banking and Capital Markets division. She then later joined BDO UK where she was managing various external audits within financial services. Prior to joining Pioneer, she was a fund accountant at Langham Hall where she was responsible for various investment funds within Europe.

Tinotenda holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Cape Town and is also a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).

Terrence is a founding partner of Pioneer and has 31 years’ private equity experience.

Prior to Pioneer, Terrence was co-founder and Managing Partner of GMT Communications, where he sat on the investment committee overseeing 24 portfolio investments in 18 countries. He has also held additional corporate finance and M&A roles at Baring Brothers, London and Hambrecht & Quist, Silicon Valley, United States.

Terrence was a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University, where he received an MPhil in Economics, and holds a BA in Development Economics from Princeton University.

Subbash joined Pioneer in 2021 as Chief Financial Officer. He has over 20 years of experience in finance roles in the private equity sector, having worked across a variety of fund structures covering all aspects of finance and operations.

She brings over 10 years of experience in financial services. Most recently, she spent four years leading global Strategy & Operations for Macquarie Capital’s mid-market infrastructure & energy investing business.

Prior to that, she held investment banking roles advising private equity clients on M&A transactions across a broad range of sectors including healthcare, education, software/tech, and industrials.

Dominique has an MBA from University of Cambridge Judge Business School, and a Bachelors in Engineering (First Class with Distinction) from the National Institute of Technology Trichy, India.

Wendy joined Pioneer portfolio company Primrose Solar in 2014 and then joined Pioneer as Office Manager.

Prior to Pioneer, Wendy held roles in a variety of industries including the Royal College of Art.

Wendy has a BA in fashion textiles from Manchester College of Art.

Joined Pioneer in 2023 as Executive Assistant to Managing Partner, Terrence Tehranian.

Prior to joining Pioneer, has a solid history of supporting C-Suite executives in Fintech start-ups and hospitality.

Michelle joined Pioneer in 2024 as Executive Assistant to the Partners and CFO.

Prior to joining Pioneer, Michelle supported C-Suite Executives and senior leadership teams in various Divisions at Lloyds Banking Group.

Michele joined Pioneer as an Industry Advisor in 2024 and brings with him significant expertise as a highly successful serial entrepreneur in the European energy sectors.

Michele has served as CEO and Chairman of Solar Ventures, and Chairman and Founder of AME Ventures since 2005 and brings with him decades of experience as an investor and executive in the European energy transition sectors. Michele is a member of the Aspen Institute in Italy and the Young President’s Organisation.

Michele holds an MSc in Electronics Engineering from Polytechnic of Turin and an MBA from INSEAD Business School.

Stephen joined Pioneer as an Industry Advisor in 2020 and brings with him invaluable independent advice on technical matters and general project support.

Stephen is a recognised waste management and project expert, with a strong commercial orientation and focus on longer term viability of projects. He is Director of Haggai Project Services Ltd and, prior to this, was Director of Engineering at Viridor. He also holds various NED roles in clean energy technology companies.

Stephen holds a BSc in Engineering Geology, Geophysics and Structural Geology from Durham University.

Ole joined Pioneer as an Industry Advisor in 2024 and brings with him extensive experience with renewable gas and the circular economy.

Ole served as CEO of Pioneer’s previous portfolio company, Nature Energy, from 2013 until 2024. Prior to this he was Senior Vice President of the Danish telecommunications company TDC Wholesale. Ole is a Board Member of Dansk Industri Energi and OpenNet A/S.

Ole holds an MSc in Economics from Aarhus University and completed the INSEAD LEAP programme in Economics.

Miriam joined Pioneer as an Industry Advisor in 2019 and brings with her significant experience and a prominent track record within the energy sector.

Miriam has worked for multinationals for over 35 years, including 15 years in the B2B energy and climate change space. She is the Founder and Chairwoman of the Energy Transition Forum and, prior to this, was an Advisor to the UK’s Department for Energy and Climate Change. Since January 2018, Miriam has been Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of the Port of Rotterdam and serves on various NED Boards in France, UK and the Netherlands.

Miriam is a graduate from Nyenrode Business University.

Javier joined Pioneer as an Industry Advisor in 2019 and brings with him a wealth of experience in the field of engineering, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance of industrial plants and power generation plants in more than fifty countries.

Javier serves as President of Empresarios Agrupados and acts as President and CEO of Ghesa Engineering and Technology. Prior to this, he was Managing Director at Gamesa where he delivered over 30 GW of wind power globally. He has also assisted in M&A transactions involving over 4 GW of power output.

Javier holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Industriales of Bilbao, Spain, and an MSc in Engineering and Management of Manufacturing Systems from Cranfield University in the UK.

Antonio joined Pioneer as an Industry Advisor in 2022 and brings with him extensive experience in the renewable energy and natural gas sector.

Antonio has held the position as a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, leading the Electric Power and Natural Gas practice in Asia and Australia from 2015 until 2022, and in Europe, Middle East and Africa from 2008 until 2015. He is the author of several published papers about the energy industry. His key specialist areas include strategy, regulatory management, large-scale operational performance transformations and capital allocation, and has supported some of the leading and most innovative global energy companies.

Antonio is a graduate of the University of Padova and SDA Bocconi, School of Management.

Leif joined Pioneer as a Senior Advisor in 2024 and brings with him broad experience and track record in M&A, Financing and Strategy advisory, especially in the energy transition and circular economy spaces.

Leif has over 30 years of professional experience and chaired KPMG‘s Deal Advisory Business globally as well as in Germany for many years. As a practitioner and client partner his focus has been on the energy, natural resources and waste management industries advising a multitude of clients in these sectors, over decades and across Europe.

Leif is a graduate of Universidad Pontificia Comillas (Icade) in Madrid and of ESB Business School Reutlingen.

José joined Pioneer Point Partners as an Industry Advisor in February 2026. He brings more than 30 years of experience in renewable power, power transmission, gas pipeline development and energy asset management.

He serves as Chairman of Pioneer’s portfolio company Altano Energy, an institutional Spanish renewables platform. He is also a Board member of Enertrans Global (ETG), an energy transition development and operations company focused on the Far East, Japan and Australia, and an advisor to Russula, a Spanish engineering firm serving steel producers in over 35 countries.

Previously, José was CEO of Enerfin, a multi-technology renewable developer and IPP owned by Elecnor Group, with operations across Spain, the Americas and Australia. Following Enerfin’s sale to Statkraft in 2024, he served as Senior Vice President at Statkraft, overseeing the management and divestment of former Enerfin platforms in Australia, Canada, the United States and Colombia.

Over the course of more than 34-years at Elecnor Group, Jose held multiple senior executive and board roles across the globe, including establishing a new business line to invest, construct and operate power transmission networks in Brazil and Chile, which he ran for 10 years.

José holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of the Basque Country and completed the Senior Management Program at IESE Business School.
